Thanks Tracy.  We have to say , your entire team did an amazing job and made the move as stress free as possible for us. They are professionals in every aspect.  Even the little things like placing our welcome mat first thing on arrival to the new home meant a lot.  Please tell them we noticed these little things and thank them.

I finally have a moment to sit down and send you a quick e-mail......it has taken me these past 2.5 weeks to get unpacked, and finally today we opened the last framed print and now all is opened.  I am happy to report to you that in the first time in the many moves we have made, NOT ONE SINGLE GLASS OR DISH WAS BROKEN!  Not even a chip!  Your crew did an exceptional job of packing to make sure everything arrived in perfect condition.  All our furniture arrived just fine - clothes, and all miscellaneous belongings.  Perfect.  I can't say enough good things, and will definitely be leaving feedback on your website.

Thank you for such outstanding service.  You can be proud of the team you have working for you - they did a tremendous job.

Yay, we got the internet again. Joyce here, we are unpacking now, perhaps thru a quarter of the boxes. It is a little like doing a jigsaw puzzle without the picture.  So far everything is in top notch order. 

Frank, Drew, Tim and Lee are wonderful workers. We are still stunned at how fast and efficiently they were able to get our goods in and out of the van.And how quick they were to get here. We expect to be done unpacking at the end of next week, latest. As I said, so far everything is great.

Just wanted to let you know that you can bill the credit card at any point. Called the bank and had them lift our daily limit for the day as this charge pushed over by $15.xx. No worries all ready for you.

As for the move, you couldn’t have possibly sent better guys to do the work. They were constantly professional, very diligent in their work, cared for our properties (on both ends) and were a true pleasure to be around. I would recommend this group of movers to anyone I know, and in fact, I have a few friends planning to move in the near future and if they hire movers will pass you teams info on. As well, I am the Construction Manager for my company here on the East Coast, but we are based out of Los Angeles, CA. If we have a relocate I will be sure to bring your team up as a group we should consider using. Again, please pass our unending thanks on to each of the five (5) guys that you sent out on our move, we wish each of them and their families the very best.

A huge thank you for a truly flawless and painless move. The moving crew, Cliint and the second man whose name unfortunately I'm forgetting, we're beyond wonderful. Clint in particular is such a consummate professional and with such a pleasant personality that he even put a worrier like me at ease.

And my mother was very impressed upon seeing at the delivery how carefully each piece of furniture had been wrapped.

I wanted to thank you for all your help in coordinating my cross-country move!   What would've been a very stressful event ended up as the easiest part of the move!  Your follow-ups were much appreciated, as well as your patience in waiting for my car to be repaired before it was shipped out.  The packers were very efficient and friendly.   The point-of-contact for the car carriers (Miguel and Mac) were also very helpful and diligent about following up every so often, especially when Miguel contacted me to explain I needed to pay Tysons Toyota the deductible before they released the car to the driver!  And the driver who delivered my belongings, John, was so cheerful and efficient despite the rain that was coming down on him while he unloaded the van!

Thank you all for your seamless coordination!  This was my 3rd cross country move, and by far the easiest!

So far we are very impressed with how it all went. No damage so far. First car arrived on schedule - actually early - with no hassle. Carl and his son did a great job. Flexible when had to use a shuttle. Packers were excellent.
